2026 Lynn Music Festival
The Lynn Music Festival is an annual, community-centered celebration designed to highlight Lynn’s diverse music cultures while activating public space, supporting local artists, and strengthening the city’s creative ecosystem. The festival is intentionally held on the first weekend after the school year ends, creating a free, welcoming kickoff to summer for families, youth, and community members.
Hosted on the water, the festival offers residents a fun, accessible, and low-cost way to gather, celebrate, and connect at the start of summer. By situating the event outdoors and in a highly visible public space, the Lynn Music Festival allows the broader Lynn community to engage with local musicians, artists, and vendors in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.
The festival also features a robust vendor and community marketplace, which plays a key role in the event experience. Vendors include local artmakers and craftmakers, local restaurants and food vendors, and a variety of nonprofit and community information booths. These booths provide resources related to arts education, youth development, social services, and community initiatives.
